Spring semester literature evangelism report

Spring is a busy time at Ouachita Hills College, as students balance their academic pursuits and campus life with two important literature evangelism programs. Our students travel together in teams to share the message of the Gospel in homes and businesses in Arkansas and around the country.

In February, we sent three teams to three different cities: Fort Smith, Arkansas; Waller, Texas; and Tuscaloosa, Alabama. All together, students were able to leave an impressive number of books with the people of these communities. Almost 1000 devotional books were placed in the hands of people seeking to know more about Jesus. Our teams also shared nearly 800 copies of The Great Controversy, a book that unfolds the history of Christianity along with a timeline of Bible prophecy. More than 350 children’s Bible story books were left with families so that they might learn about Jesus together.

Our second program began in March, with teams traveling to three more cities; Decatur, Arkansas; West Monroe, Louisiana; and cities in Mississippi. This program ends with Spring Break, then students return to campus for the last few weeks of the spring semester.

Please pray for those who have received our books, that they will invite Jesus to be part of their lives and seek a deeper relationship with Him.
